Before entering real estate, Steve spent over a decade building a successful career in hospitality. A qualified Chef, he completed a three-year Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and went on to lead some of the Central Coast and Newcastle’s most respected restaurants and cafés. This experience refined his leadership skills, attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure – qualities that now translate seamlessly into his work in property.

Motivated by a desire to give more to both himself and the community, Steve made the transition into real estate. His strong work ethic, consistency and results-driven approach quickly set him apart early in his career, earning him a Rookie of the Year award in 2023 – recognition voted by peers and leaders that reflected both his performance and professionalism. He now proudly stands as a Sales Consultant with Empire Property Co, where he continues to build on that foundation alongside a high-performing team.

Deeply connected to the local area, Steve has a genuine understanding of the Central Coast lifestyle and the people who call it home. His strong sense of community is reinforced through his sponsorship of the Terrigal Avoca Panthers AFL Club, reflecting his belief that strong communities are built through meaningful involvement and support.
